We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team on a Permanent Part Time basis.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Pyramid, you'll be much more than a clinician.




You'll be an important part of our residents' lives and a valued clinical leader within our care team.
Working as part of our multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure residents receive safe, respectful and individualised care while providing clinical leadership and guidance to our care team.
Your role will include:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating resident care
Identifying and responding to changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Supporting protected and effective medication management
Developing and reviewing individualised care plans
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Providing clinical leadership, guidance and support to care staff
Building positive relationships with residents and their families
Working collaboratively with medical practitioners and allied health professionals
Participating in quality improvement and clinical governance activities
Supporting a positive culture of safety, respect and continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses who are clinically capable, compassionate and genuinely enjoy working with older people.
You'll bring:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to person-centred care, dignity and resident choice
The ability to work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team




Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional accountability and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
Previous residential aged care experience is certainly valued, but equally important to us is finding the right people who share our commitment to providing great care.
Essential Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to meet relevant employment and compliance requirements, including:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Current National Police Certificate
Required vaccinations in accordance with applicable aged care requirements
Completion of mandatory training requirements
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Highly Regarded
We would particularly love to hear from applicants with:
Infection Prevention and Control experience
Previous residential aged care experience
Clinical leadership experience
Knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
Experience participating in quality improvement activities
An understanding of clinical governance principles
