You'll take ownership of the content strategy behind a NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH.
This is your prospect to shape how a new product shows up in market, from the social strategy and content calendar through to campaign concepts, messaging, creative briefs and launch execution.
You'll be acrossTikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn– understanding what's changing, what's gaining traction and, importantly, what actually makes sense for the brand.
You won't be expected to be the videographer or graphic designer.
There's an in-house creative team for that.Your superpower is knowing WHAT we should create, WHY it will work and HOW it should come to life.
You'll also:
Own the social content strategy and calendar
Spot trends and turn them into relevant brand opportunities




Develop campaign and content concepts
Write sharp, platform-native copy
Work with in-house video and design specialists
Manage creative and media agency partners
Help drive the GTM strategy for new products
Use data and performance to work out what we do more of and what we kill
Create content in a highly purpose-driven (and regulated) industry where the work genuinely impacts people's lives
Who am I looking for?
Someone with around4+ years in content, social or marketingwho is creative but commercially switched on.
You probably spend more time than you'd admit watching how brands are using TikTok and Instagram.
You have opinions about what brands are getting wrong on social.
And you want more ownership than just being handed a content brief and told to execute it.
