You will work closely with the family to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for a child with complex healthcare needs.
Responsibilities include gastrostomy feeding, seizure monitoring and regular night-time observations to ensure safety and wellbeing, with a strong emphasis on transparent communication and teamwork with the family.
