You will lead sourcing, tendering and negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships, and identify cost-saving prospects across procurement categories.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Culinary and Accounts Payable to improve outcomes and resolve supply issues, while applying robust Excel and BI skills to analysis and spend data.
