Description
About you:
This is a hands-on operational role, where you will be required to work alongside the food and beverage team to ensure consistent, high-quality standards are met within our food production services.
In addition, you will need to have the following experience and skills:
Key responsibilities include:
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen work areas
Assisting with basic food preparation
Stocking and rotating supplies
Delivering food to designated areas across campus
Supporting the team to maintain food safety and hygiene standards
You are a team player who is comfortable working independently when required.
You understand the importance of food safety, cleanliness and teamwork in a production kitchen environment.
You will have:
A strong understanding of safe food handling and personal hygiene practices
Experience cleaning commercial kitchens and equipment
The flexibility to work a varied roster
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
