We are seeking a
Senior Officer Mobile Device Support
to Coordinate and deliver mobile technology support services for Ambulance Victoria's fleet of iOS and Android devices.
The role manages mobile devices, applications and SIM services, ensuring frontline staff have reliable access to the tools and technology required to deliver critical services.
This position is Full Time, Fixed Term (until August ****) and based at the Ballarat Business Centre.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Team Leader Mobile Device Support, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
Manage the mobile support queue and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with service level objectives
Coordinate mobile device and application testing
Maintain accurate mobile device and SIM asset records
Commission and decommission mobile devices and SIM services
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
A degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
Demonstrated experience delivering digital & technology support services that preferably include mobile device support in a corporate environment
Knowledge of mobile phone technologies and device management systems – Intune (MEM), Workspace one, Android and iOS
Knowledge of Telecommunications expense management systems
Proven history of detailed asset management and governance
