Our client is a growing and well-established organisation experiencing continued success and expansion. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys a diverse role across accounts receivable, credit, banking, and reconciliations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time office-based position offering the chance to join a collaborative, supportive, and people-focused team workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
Managing daily banking and receipting activities
Processing and allocating payments
Completing bank reconciliations
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
Conducting credit checks and assisting with credit limit reviews
Monitoring customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements




Assisting with the administration of receivables and related processes
Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account queries
Assisting with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
Robust experience with payment allocation, receipting, and reconciliations
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute
