REPORTS TO: Ticketing Manager
EMPLOYMENT: Full time (Fixed Term, FTE 38 Hours) 19 October **** to 30 June ****
SALARY:$74,500 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation
ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Education / Experience
Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office or program delivery leadership role in festivals, events or venues, including familiarity with ticketing systems.
Experience leading, supervising or developing staff in quick paced operational contexts.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, from planning through to completion.
Experience managing a budget, including tracking spend and reporting on it.
Experience building relationships with external partners, donors, community groups or media.
Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency across ticketing software, CRM systems, data analysis tools and standard office software.
Current Police clearance,



or willingness to obtain one.
Familiarity with the arts and entertainment industry, particularly festivals.
