You'll support customers across phone, email and digital channels, handling enquiries, policy updates and servicing requests while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll start as a Level 1 Consultant with a clear progression path through increasing levels of capability, responsibility and complexity as you grow.
This is a permanent full time role in our Sydney office.
