BFSI is their strongest foothold in ANZ with all of the top 4 banks in their portfolio.
Partner closely with the Financial Services team to build a robust pipeline of net-new business across target accounts.
Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers, uncovering new avenues for revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns tailored to your territory.
Expand focus within key verticals by crafting compelling, value-led propositions for target segments.




Build and maintain strong relationships with major Financial Services organisations, engaging key decision-makers and influencers.
About You
Demonstrated success selling high-value CX or adjacent SaaS solutions into enterprise customers.
Understanding of the Australian Financial Services landscape, with experience selling to tier 1 & 2 financial institutions, superannuation and insurance companies.
Proven ability to build robust relationships with senior influencers and effectively leverage your existing network across partners and prospects.
A track record of building and scaling business across Australia, ideally with experience extending into ANZ.
