We are seeking an experiencedSenior CIAM Software Engineer / Technical Leadto deliver large-scale Consumer Identity and Access Management solutions within a complex and highly regulated setting.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will build features, review code, resolve complex technical issues and guide the team's engineering practices.
You will also mentor other engineers and contribute to solution design, estimation and delivery planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical implementation of complex CIAM solutions.
Perform code reviews and uphold strong engineering and testing standards.
Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication and integration issues.
Design solutions for advanced CIAM challenges.
Contribute to delivery estimates, technical refinement and project planning.
Mentor and upskill engineers within the team.
Integrate CIAM solutions with enterprise systems and cloud-based services.
Use AI‐assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and project leadership.
Advanced object‐oriented programming skills.
Strong unit and integration testing experience, including frameworks such asJest.
Extensive experience implementing complexCIAM solutions.
Strong knowledge ofOAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Experience customising and integrating CIAM platforms such asAuth0, Okta, ForgeRock or Ping Identity.
Experience using AI‐assisted development tools such asGitHub Copilot, Claude Code,



Cursor or similar.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
Highly Desirable
Experience configuring and customising SaaS‐based CIAM services.
Experience building and integrating microservices inAWS, Azure or Google Cloudenvironments.
