Fitout Site Manager - Melbourne | Contract

I'm currently working with a leading commercial builder who is looking for an experienced Fitout Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
This is an immediate opportunity for a Site Manager with strong commercial fitout experience who can take ownership of site delivery and confidently manage a project from start through to completion.

Key Requirements
Strong commercial fitout experience
Previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor
Ability to independently manage day-to-day site operations
Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
Experience managing programme, sequencing and site logistics
Confident coordinating with Project Managers, CAs,



consultants and clients
Robust focus on safety, quality and project delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong attention to detail and ability to drive site outcomes
Available to start as soon as possible
