Role
This is a rare prospect for a senior property lawyer to join the team.
You will either be a strong SA seeking a track to partner role, or a SC seeking a step up.




Working autonomously on a broad range of matters, you will be involved in development work, including acquiring sites, selling "off the plan", and drafting and advising on associated development documents, commercial, industrial and high-end residential property sales and acquisitions, and warehouse, office and retail leasing.
Commercially savvy, you will enjoy working autonomously, yet within a collaborative, senior team.
