Job Description
Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team on shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold high food safety and quality standards.
You will mentor staff during busy service, coordinate training, and promote a positive, fast-paced dining environment.
Experience leading a team is valued; holding a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol course is encouraged.
Full-time or part time availability will be considered.
