Animal Emergency Australia is hiring a Client Care Representative for Moonah, TAS.
This part-time, on-site role offers 20 hours per week and above‐award pay.
You'll be the vital link between our clients and clinical team, ensuring pet owners receive a compassionate, productive experience during every visit.
Daily tasks include triage on arrival, updating clients with pet status, assisting with insurance and finances, handling cash and reconciliations, and supporting front-of-clinic operations.
