Job Description
NSW Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network is seeking a Population Health Nurse to provide sexual health, blood-borne virus and hepatology care to patients in NSW correctional centres.
You'll work as part of a supportive specialist team delivering patient-centred care.
The role blends clinical care, education, prevention and follow-up with training support to build knowledge in sexual health, hepatitis and BBV care.
A collaborative team setting and ongoing development are offered.
