With decades of experience delivering high-quality civil and commercial construction projects, our client is a trusted name across regional Queensland. Due to a robust pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead civil infrastructure projects from award through to completion.
Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
Develop and maintain project programs and delivery schedules.
Oversee pipeline, water, sewer and utility infrastructure construction activities.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Drive WHS, environmental and compliance outcomes.
Manage project reporting, risk management and client communications.
Mentor Site Engineers, Supervisors and delivery teams.
Identify and proactively resolve project issues.

The Successful Applicant

ABOUT YOU





You will be a motivated and highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure delivery. You will bring:
Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
5 - 7+ years experience within civil construction.
Proven end to end Project Management experience on civil infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience delivering trunk water mains, sewer mains, pipelines and utility works.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control and forecasting.
Sound knowledge of WHS and civil construction compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Current Driver Licence.
White Card.

What's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 AUD plus vehicle and fuel card for unlimited use.
