About the Role:
We're seeking an experiencedTechnical Analystto support a program involvingmigration from legacy case management system to Salesforce,legacy system analysis, technical requirements definition, and solution design support.
You'll work closely with developers, architects, business analysts and SMEs to ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned to performance, security and scalability needs.
Key responsibilities
Analyse legacy systems and documenttechnical requirements
Supportsolution design, integration, and architectureactivities
Documentsystem interfacesanddata flows
Collaborate with developers to clarify technical requirements
Partner with business analysts and SMEs to confirm and refine business requirements
Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Ensure alignment withperformance, security, and scalabilityexpectations
Required skills & experience




Solid background intechnical analysisacross system implementations
Provenmigration and implementation experience
Experience with legacy to CRM (preferably Salesforce) migration
Proven ability to interpret and documentarchitecture and integrations
Hands-on experience documentinginterfacesanddata flows
Familiarity with modern application architectures (cloud / microservices desirable)
Strong analytical/problem-solving capability
Comfortable working across both technical and business stakeholders
