ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief People Officer in this role you will:
Lead the experience for our casual workforce who deliver engaging cricket programs in the community
Coordinate the recruitment of casuals to meet the needs ot cricket programs across NSW
Lead the training and onboarding of our casual workforce
Coordinate retention and engagement programs to ensure we are developing and increasing the employee experience of our casuals
Drive the implementation of our new rostering system Employment Hero
Collaborate with the People Team on key People Projects
ABOUT YOU
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Previous experience working in Human Resources
General knowledge of HR and fair work requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills – written and verbal




Exceptional at building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders
Ability to think creatively and identify improving experiences and processes
