Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for executing communications and marketing campaigns over the gamut of B2B marketing channels. You'll play a key role in building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, strengthening relationships with our client and partner base and supporting business growth across our 5 locations nationally.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies targeting Bellrock's distinct professional audience segments.
n
Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn and email marketing, using data and ROI to continually improve performance.
n
Create and promote engaging content across website, social media, EDMs and marketing materials.
n
Support on presentation and document design, internal and external engagement events, and industry partnerships, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and impact.
n
Track, analyse and report on campaign performance to understand what's working, identify opportunities and continually improve our marketing impact.
n
Work closely with Advisors and colleagues across the business to understand priorities, uncover engagement opportunities and turn them into marketing success stories.

About you
n
n
At least 3 years' full-time marketing experience, ideally within a financial services environment.
n
Robust understanding of B2B marketing, content creation, digital campaigns and lead generation,



with experience across Google Ads, SEO, GA4 and LinkedIn.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content across internal and external communications.
n
A team player who can collaborate and communicate confidently with a range of internal stakeholders.
n
Commercially minded, creative and highly organised, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and take ownership in a growing business.
n
A creative eye with attention to detail and ability to deliver brand consistency across a range of channels
n
Hands-on experience across CRM, website platforms, EDM, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
n
Video editing highly regarded.
n
