About You
n

QBCC Supervisor Licence (required)
n
3+ years' experience in residential site supervision preferred
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple builds and stakeholders effectively
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and oversee multiple residential construction sites
n
Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
n
Ensure all builds meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
n




Conduct site inspections and maintain WHS compliance
n
Liaise with clients and provide updates throughout the build
n
Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
n
Maintain accurate site records and reporting
n
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the build process
n
n
