Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SOE Engineer / Modern Workplace Lead to join a major endpoint transformation program focused on delivering modern, secure, cloud-first workplace services.

This role will suit a senior engineer who enjoys operating at the intersection of architecture and delivery, combining hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership and solution design responsibilities.
n
Working within a highly skilled project team, you will play a key role in designing, building and uplifting up-to-date endpoint management capabilities while helping shape future-state End User Computing services.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the design, build and deployment of modern Windows endpoint and SOE solutions.
n
Drive Microsoft Intune capabilities including configuration, governance and optimisation.
n
Design and implement modern provisioning approaches using technologies such as Autopilot and cloud-native device deployment.
n
Develop and maintain endpoint security baselines, compliance policies and hardening standards.
n
Manage application packaging, deployment and lifecycle management in a modern endpoint environment.
n
Contribute to technical architecture, standards, implementation patterns and design documentation.
n




Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
n
Work closely with cloud, identity, security and application stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
n
Support the transition of solutions into operational support and service management functions.
n

Exposure to architecture activities including solution design, standards development and technical governance.
