Base Rate: $****** per hour

Monday to Friday roster
n
8:00am to 4:30pm
n
On-call and recall requirements after hours and weekends

About the Facility
n
This Primary Health Care Centre is staffed by a single Director of Nursing and supported by administration and operational staff.
n
The service:
n
n
Has no inpatient beds
n
Provides primary healthcare services to the local community
n
Supports surrounding rural and remote properties
n
Works closely with Queensland Ambulance Service
n




Is supported by community drivers and aeromedical retrieval services for emergencies
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
To be considered, applicants must have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous Queensland Health experience
n
Significant Rural and Remote nursing experience
n
Current RIPRN (Rural and Isolated Practice Registered Nurse) qualification
n
Recent leadership experience at Director of Nursing level
n
Current clinical competencies relevant to remote practice
n
Ability to commit to the full contract dates (non-negotiable)
