Thermal Energy Storage Spinout seeks a Commercial Lead to translate validated science into a scalable business. You will drive customer discovery, pilot engagements, and a lean go‐to‐market plan in close collaboration with scientists and our VC team.

Lead the seed fundraising narrative, develop techno‐economic models, and map a path from zero‐to‐one to the CEO seat with founder equity upon Seed round close. Hybrid work with lab/industrial visits is offered.
