An exciting chance is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial construction business on a $15M new build project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys working on quality projects, takes pride in delivering a high standard of construction, and wants to be part of a well-resourced and supportive project team.

The Role:
n
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing all site-based construction activities from commencement through to completion
n
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
n
Managing site safety, quality and environmental requirements
n
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project plans, specifications and programme
n
Monitoring project progress and driving programme outcomes
n
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
n
Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
n
Identifying and resolving issues on site
n
Maintaining a high standard of site presentation, quality and workmanship
n
n




About You:
n
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background and a proven ability to successfully deliver projects of a similar scale.
n
n
Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
n
Experience delivering new build projects
n
Strong subcontractor and site management skills
n
Excellent understanding of construction programmes, safety and quality
n
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project momentum
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Relevant construction qualifications and site-based experience
n
