We are working exclusively with a custom homebuilder based in North Sydney. They have an consistent pipeline of new homes and are looking to grow their construction team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in site supervision, with 1+ years' experience who is keen to continue developing their skills.

About The Role
n
You'll be responsible for managing residential builds from start to finish, working closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal construction team. The business has a strong focus on training and development, so you'll have support around you as you continue to develop your knowledge and confidence as a Site Supervisor in the custom homes space.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise residential new build projects from commencement through to completion
n
Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site
n
Manage construction schedules and ensure homes progress to program
n
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship
n
Ensure projects are built in accordance with plans,



specifications and relevant standards
n
Manage site safety and maintain a clean and organised site
n
Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the build
n
Identify and resolve issues as they arise on site
n
Maintain accurate site records and construction documentation
n
n
About you
n
n
Cert III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Building & Construction – essential
n
Residential new home building experience
n
Good understanding of construction processes and sequencing
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Comfortable working with trades and managing multiple priorities
n
Current driver's licence
n
n
