A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join its expanding Property team in Horsham. This is an excellent prospect for a motivated Conveyancer, Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive looking to take the next step in their career.

You will manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property matters while delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Managing a busy conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
n
Handling residential and commercial property transactions
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n




Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures
n
Supporting business growth through outstanding client care
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Ideally 2+ years' conveyancing experience
n
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
n
