DTP Graduate - Cyber Culture Officer
Salary: VPS 3.1 $81,496 - $86,735 + Superannuation

About the role
This is a two-year Fixed Term Graduate position.
As a Graduate Cyber Culture Officer, you'll help DTP understand and shape how staff engage with cyber security from research and insights through to behaviour-change initiatives. You'll work closely with the Cyber Culture and Awareness Lead and a broad range of stakeholders across the department, contributing to benchmarking, reporting and campaigns that build a stronger cyber security culture. It's a rare chance to apply your understanding of people and behaviour to real cyber security challenges within a large, complex organisation.

Qualifications and experience
You'll bring:
Mandatory:
A relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards one) in Psychology, Behavioural Science,
Communications, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Marketing or a related people-focused discipline
An understanding of workplace behaviour and how people and organisations respond to change
Maturity, professionalism and curiosity, with confidence approaching new situations
Desirable:
An interest in or exposure to cyber security, through study, work, volunteering or extracurricular activities
Previous internship,
work experience or other relevant practical experience
Who can apply?
Graduated, or be due to graduate, from anAustralian or New Zealand University between 1 December **** and 31 January ****.
Be anAustralian citizen, permanent resident, Recent Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with full working rightsfor the required period.
