Job Description
Concentric in Carrum Downs is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team.
You will support adolescents and adults with wide-ranging diagnoses, improving mental health and wellbeing through evidence-based plans and collaborative care.
You will deliver assessments, develop strategies for behaviours of concern, and contribute to reports and goals within NDIS plans, with mentoring and flexible work options to support growth.
