The Role
n
We're seeking a passionate Fundraising Coordinator to join our close-knit team. In this pivotal role, you'll support our charity challenges from start to finish — inspiring, coaching, and guiding participants as they fundraise for incredible causes and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime.
n
You'll work closely with Campaign Managers, helping participants reach (and exceed!) their fundraising goals while fostering strong communities and delivering exceptional supporter experiences.

What You'll Do
n

Nurture and support participants through every stage of their fundraising journey
n
Provide motivational coaching and event-planning advice to help maximise ROI
n
Assist participants with travel and fitness preparation for their upcoming adventures
n




Develop engaging fundraising content — emails, social posts, and event collateral
n
Maintain accurate participant records and communications in our CRM
n
Collaborate with the Campaign Management and Marketing teams to share inspiring stories and track progress
n
Represent Inspired Adventures at events, conferences, and networking opportunities
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
n
A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused mindset
n
Experience in fundraising, community management, or event coordination (desirable)
n
A passion for adventure, philanthropy, and making a real difference
n
Understanding of or experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly valued
n

What We Offer

Hybrid working: join us in our shared workspace and/or work from home

Flexible hours – choose 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, or 10am–6pm
n
Finish at 3pm on Fridays
