Job Description
The Role:
As the face of our reception desk, you'll be responsible for ensuring we don't simply deliver service, but go above and beyond to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. You won't just be checking guests in and out, you'll be setting the tone for their entire experience, with care and professionalism.
We're looking for someone who thrives on connection, takes pride in anticipating needs, and genuinely enjoys creating personalised service moments that leave guests feeling seen, valued, and truly welcome.
The Hours:
This is a casual role offering up to 25+ hours per week across a 7-day rotating roster.
We're seeking team members who can be flexible and reliable, ready to jump into morning or evening shifts as needed.
Ideally, you're:
Available for a
minimum 6-month commitment (or longer)
Confident, composed,



and genuinely passionate about hospitality
Someone who brings positive energy to every shift
Available to work during the Christmas and New Year holiday period

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
Experience working in a 4-5 star resort/hotel front office environment
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office or Opera Cloud
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
Full availability to work weekends and public holidays
Remain calm and effective in emergency and high pressure situations
