Job Description
Endeavour Group is seeking an authentic Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to champion a holistic care culture across Victoria and Tasmania. You'll work with retail and hospitality teams to embed safety insights into everyday operations and drive a proactive wellbeing strategy.

Reporting to the Safety leadership team, you will conduct site visits, coach staff, oversee incident investigations, and ensure statutory compliance while travelling intrastate and occasionally interstate.
