In this unique role, you'll:
n
n
Be the ER expert: Provide strategic advice to our clients and guidance on all aspects of employment relations, including legislation, awards, and best practices.
n
Partner with passion: Work closely with our clients to assess their documentation and ensure legislative compliance.
n
Be the interpreter: Ability to interpret and provide advice on employment contracts, workplace policies, and employee relations matters.
n
Knowledge sharer: Create relevant documents such as contracts, handbooks and policies.
n
Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor changes in employment law and advise on their impact on the business.
n
n
You're a perfect fit if you have:
n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Advisor or industrial relations role, with a strong focus on face-to-face interaction.
n
A proven ability to resolve complex ER issues with empathy, tact, and a solution-oriented approach.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
n




A strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and confident navigating a variety of software systems.
n
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
