We're looking for experienced Grade Control and Reverse Circulation Drillers to join our team on a 2:1 and 2:2 FIFO roster from any major Australian city, or DIDO from Kalgoorlie.

In this role, you'll operate Grade Control rigs, lead and mentor a team of offsiders, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you're an experienced driller ready to take the next step in your career, this is the role for you.

What the role involves:
n
n
Operate relevant rigs and support drill operations.
n
Lead and mentor a team of Offsiders, assisting with training and daily tasks.
n
Conduct site setup, mobilisations, and demobilisations while maintaining safety compliance.
n




Complete drill reporting and liaise with site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
n
n
To be successful you must have and provide:
n
n
Previous experience on RC and/or Grade Control Rigs
n
Certificate III RII***** in Drilling Operations
n
Hold a current HR Licence
n
Minimum of 3 years of experience Drilling professionally
n
Clean NPC from within the last 6 months
n
Strong commitment to safety
n
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status - please note we cannot accept visa applications
n
Working at heights, first-aid and 4WD ticket highly regarded
n
