We're looking for an SEO/GEO Specialist to join our award-winning Organic Search team.
n
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of agency SEO experience who wants to develop into a well-rounded search specialist. You'll work alongside experienced strategists to execute SEO campaigns, lead GEO initiatives, and help clients grow their visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients while developing expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, digital PR, AI search optimisation and data analysis.

What You'll Do
n
n
Execute technical, on-page and content SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients to improve organic performance.
n
Develop and implement GEO strategies that increase client visibility across AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews.
n
Lead outreach and digital PR strategies for GEO clients, securing high-quality citations, brand mentions and authoritative backlinks that strengthen AI search visibility.
n
Develop GEO-focused content strategies, identifying opportunities to create, optimise and structure content for both traditional search and AI-generated answers.
n
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor research to uncover recent growth opportunities.
n
Perform technical SEO and GEO audits, identifying opportunities across crawlability, indexing, entity optimisation, structured data, site architecture and AI readiness.
n
Monitor SEO and AI search performance, analyse trends,



and provide actionable recommendations through regular reporting.
n
Collaborate with content, development and account management teams to deliver integrated SEO and GEO campaigns.
n
Implement best practices including internal linking, schema markup, entity optimisation, llms.txt, structured content and AI-friendly information architecture.
n
Stay at the forefront of SEO and AI search developments, testing new approaches and contributing ideas that improve client performance and internal processes.

What You'll Bring
n
n
1-2 years' experience in SEO, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
n
A solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research, content optimisation and link building.
n
An understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles and how AI search platforms retrieve, interpret and cite content.
n
Experience or a strong interest in digital PR, outreach and authority building.
n
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable insights.
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
n
A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine passion for search, AI and continuous learning.
