Bupa Australia is seeking a Strategy and Insight Manager to lead workforce analytics for the ADF Health Services contract across 50+ Health Centres. You'll build forecasting models, data systems and governance to enable national rostering.

You'll collaborate with operational and senior leaders, translate contractual requirements into capability roadmaps, and drive improvements in data quality and forecasting accuracy. A baseline security clearance and Australian citizenship are required.
