Working across product development, client onboarding, training and compliance, you'll use your technical insolvency expertise to help shape software solutions that support practitioners across Australia.

Working closely with internal teams and clients, you'll act as the voice of the industry, ensuring products align with legislative requirements, practitioner workflows and real-world business needs.

Key responsibilities:

Providing insolvency expertise to support product development, testing and future enhancements.
n
Guiding clients through onboarding, implementation and adoption of the platform.
n
Translating legislative and compliance requirements into practical software solutions.
n
Gathering user feedback and industry insights to influence future product direction.
n
Delivering training, workshops and best-practice guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
n




Acting as a trusted advisor on complex workflow, compliance and industry-related matters.

If you're someone who can bring:
n
n
A robust background within insolvency, restructuring or a registered liquidator environment.
n
Deep understanding of insolvency legislation, compliance requirements and practitioner workflows.
n
Experience using insolvency software and related technology platforms.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Experience in training, implementation, onboarding, consulting or client-facing environments (preferred)
n
A continuous improvement mindset and genuine interest in technology and innovation.
