We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join an enterprise technology workplace, working across ServiceNow IT Operations Management, CMDB and Security Operations.
n
This role would suit someone with strong hands-on ServiceNow experience who is comfortable working across implementation, support, governance and continuous improvement while engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM and Security Operations modules
n
Supporting CMDB implementation, governance, maintenance and health
n




Driving adoption and alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
n
Supporting and improving Service Mapping
n
Working across Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response (SIR)
n
Helping maintain data quality, governance and platform standards
n
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and CSDM is essential, together with practical exposure to ServiceNow Security Operations.
n
A current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
n
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification will be highly regarded.
