Who are we looking for?
n
We're working on an exciting assignment with a well-established and highly regarded Melbourne-based commercial law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters, working closely with experienced practitioners on complex disputes across a broad range of industries.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Managing files through various stages of the litigation process, from commencement through to settlement or appeal
n
Advising clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution options
n
Drafting pleadings, briefs, correspondence and other litigation documents
n
Conducting legal research and analysing complex legal and factual issues
n
n
To Join Us, You Will
n
n
Have at least 3 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms (with strong legal training)
n
Have exposure to insolvency and restructuring matters
n
Possess excellent drafting, legal research and analytical skills
n
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to problem-solving
n
