Job Description

Create and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.

Coordinate shift changes and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of employee availability, leave, and preferences.
n
Liaise with team leaders to understand staffing requirements and operational priorities.
n
Utilise rostering systems to streamline scheduling and reporting processes.
n
Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies.
n
Communicate roster updates clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Provide administrative support within the Secretarial and Business Support team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workforce Planner will have:

Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling within a professional environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Proficiency in rostering systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Clear and confident communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.
