HammondCare is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Dementia Support Australia behaviour support program, guiding services that support people living with dementia through changes in behaviour. This role offers national program exposure and qualified growth within a mission-driven organisation.

You will oversee delivery, governance, stakeholder partnerships across state and Commonwealth government, aged care and acute care sectors, while mentoring local leaders to ensure service excellence
