Job Description
n
1. Broad experience as a Scrum Master within a software applications development team, ideally in a Dev Ops setting
n
2. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, capable of inspiring and negotiating with others in a consultative and collaborative communication style.
n
3. Skills and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, ability to empower others, transparency and servant leadership
n
4. Experience in management of a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative work practices.
n
5. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, without excessive authority.
n
6. Knowledge of agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc.
n
7.
Knowledge and experience with agile techniques – Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pair Programming etc.
n
8. Experience with large organisational level agile transformations will be highly regarded
n
9. Current knowledge of software related IT trends
n
10. Demonstrated ability to exercise a high degree of independent problem solving and creative thinking, and a proven capacity to plan, prioritise and implement strategies for a large and complex organisation.
n
11. A relevant certification in scrum and/or agile methodologies.
