We're currently working with a well-established Melbourne builder who is looking to add an experienced Revit Documenter / Draftsperson to their team.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the construction process and wants to work on high-quality multi-residential projects from a builder-side environment.

The role:
n
n
Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit
n
Work across apartment and multi-residential projects
n
Develop plans, elevations, details and documentation packages
n
Coordinate documentation with project, design and construction teams
n
Assist with design development and resolving documentation issues
n
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and construction-ready
n
Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams
n
n
We're looking for:
n
n
5+ years' experience in architectural documentation / drafting
n




Strong Revit capability is essential
n
Experience with apartments, multi-residential or large-scale residential projects
n
Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
n
Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams
n
Construction-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
n
n
