We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to lead our Dialysis Unit, a leading provider of renal care services. About The Role
n
As Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the Dialysis Unit. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of dialysis treatment to patients with chronic and acute renal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide clinical leadership, direction, and supervision to nursing staff
n
Manage rosters, staffing, and resource allocation
n
Ensure the delivery of secure, evidence-based care in line with renal best practices
n
Collaborate with nephrologists, allied health, and multidisciplinary teams
n
Monitor and improve key performance indicators and patient outcomes
n
Support staff development, performance, and professional growth
n
Uphold infection control, risk management, and quality improvement standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Extensive clinical experience and expertise in renal/dialysis nursing,
including haemodialysis
n
Minimum 3 years in a nursing
management/leadership
role (e.g. as NUM, ANUM or Team Leader)
n
Postgraduate qualifications in renal nursing or health management (desirable)
n
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
n
A passion for delivering patient-centred care and leading high-performing teams
n
