$***** Per Hour inclusive of 25% Casual Loading + Penalty Rates + 12% Super

Flexible roster across Monday to Sunday, with afternoon shifts from 1:00pm to 8:00pm

THE POSITION
n

Support and oversee food production with a strong focus on bulk catering and consistency.
n
Champion nutrition, healthy eating, and allergy awareness, ensuring all controls and safety measures are followed.
n
Maintain excellent portion control, minimise waste, and support productive stock management to help control food costs.
n




Ensure food safety guidelines are met, producing high-quality meals without compromise.
n
Work collaboratively within a team, bringing strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
n

THE PERSON
n
n
Relevant Chef Trade Qualifications
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, with bulk or large-scale catering experience essential
n
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a flair for modern food trends
n
A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
n
Strong knowledge of OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
n
Excellent time management and communication skills
n
