The role

A well know Australian organisation is creating a single seat that owns technology governance, risk, assurance and vendor commercial performance across a significant portfolio. You give the CIO, the executive and the Audit and Risk Committee an independent, evidence-based view of whether the portfolio is delivering, whether the vendors are performing and whether the controls hold.

You lead a multi-disciplinary team across governance, assurance and commercial.
n
Not a delivery seat, and not a traditional PMO. If your career is programme delivery, this is not
n
the one.

A technology GRC spine: risk, compliance, audit coordination and assurance,



built in a regulated setting.

Three Lines of Defence. You can explain separation of duties without notes.

Vendor and commercial governance: you have owned technology contract performance, not only the procurement.

Board and Audit and Risk Committee reporting, first hand.

Portfolio oversight: you can read a technology portfolio and tell an executive the truth about
