About the role
The Clinical Coordinator will assist with day-to-day functioning of this interdisciplinary service by providing care for families and improving client access to integrated care. The Clinical Coordinator will provide information and education, project support, resources, clinical and practical advice and support around chronic pain management.
Key duties of the role




Manage the delivery of high quality and evidence-based services for children and young people with chronic pain.
Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of innovative best practice service delivery models
Coordinate inter-disciplinary team processes and service development
Encourage and foster a positive culture and safe work environment
Lead and actively participate in quality management, quality assurance and risk management activities and ongoing improvement of the Chronic Pain service.
Skills and Experience
An appropriate allied health degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the relevant board or provides eligibility for membership with the professional association.
High level interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and consultative skills reflected in an ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of service providers and community members.
Knowledge and understanding of self‐management support and care planning, particularly as it relates to chronic pain.
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and present a diverse range of programs, projects and activities
