We are seeking an experienced Developer Platform/Product to own the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for HashiCorp Vault within our organization.
n
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the enterprise vault operating model, identifying business and security use cases, and establishing priorities based on business risks and operational advantages.
n
This role requires a strong understanding of HashiCorp Vault and its applications across various environments.
n

Responsibilities
n
n
Own the overall HashiCorp Vault product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
n
Define the enterprise vault operating model, capabilities, and service catalogue.
n
Identify business and security use cases for vault across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network environments.
n
Establish priorities based on business risks, security requirements, operational benefits, and business demands.
n
Develop and maintain a multi year vault adoption and maturity roadmap.
n
Act as the primary product/capability owner and subject matter expert for vault related initiatives.
n
Manage relationships with HashiCorp Vault and relevant technology partners.
n
Oversee product licensing, consumption, and commercial optimization.
n




Track vault enterprise feature requirements against the organizations current license.
n
Lead vendor roadmap discussions, product evaluations, and technical workshops.
n
Identify opportunities to optimize platform costs.
n
Engage with senior stakeholders across cybersecurity and other areas.
n
Define and report product KPIs, adoption metrics, risk reduction, and operational benefits.

Mandatory Skills
n
n
Proven experience with HashiCorp Vault.
n
Demonstrated experience working as a Consultant, product owner, service owner, or technical product manager.
n
Strong understanding of enterprise security and operational frameworks.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
n
Preferred Skills
n
n
Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure management.
n
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
n
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to data security.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
10 years of relevant experience in product management or technical roles.
n
Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL) are a plus.
