We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the Talent and Capability team, where you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience across a national portfolio.
n
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers and candidates, you'll coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, support assessment centres and attraction initiatives, and ensure every stage of the recruitment process is delivered with professionalism, efficiency and a strong focus on candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive recruiter who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to a high-performing Talent Acquisition function. The role includes national travel to support assessment centres, careers events and recruitment activities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, assessment logistics, onboarding and recruitment administration.
n
Planning and supporting national assessment centres, careers events and recruitment campaigns in partnership with hiring managers and external providers.
n
Delivering a professional, responsive and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
n
Supporting attraction activities, including job advertising, talent engagement initiatives and recruitment campaigns to build talent pipelines.
n
Coordinating outsourced recruitment activities and maintaining effective communication with external recruitment partners where required.
n
Maintaining accurate recruitment data within the ATS and supporting reporting, compliance and recruitment governance requirements.
n
Building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective recruitment outcomes.
n
Acting as an ambassador for the organisation by promoting a consistent and compelling employer brand across all candidate and stakeholder interactions.

About You
n
You are organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You take pride in delivering a high-quality candidate experience, have solid attention to detail and enjoy building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

You will bring:
n
n
Experience supporting recruitment within a complex organisation such as: government, transport, aviation, utilities or other safety-critical environments is preferred.
n
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination within an internal or agency environment.
n
Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple vacancies simultaneously.
n
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers and external providers.
n
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR systems, with a strong focus on data quality and process compliance.
n
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a broader Talent Acquisition team.
n
An understanding of recruitment processes, employment legislation and equitable recruitment practices.
n
