Solicitor - Estate Planning & Succession Law

About The Role
n
You will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional legal services to clients in estate and succession planning.
n
You will spend most of your time working autonomously and alongside a Director, with support from senior associates specialising in estate planning, on complex estate planning matters.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Conducting due diligence investigations relating to clients' existing documents, circumstances, and asset ownership structures, and reporting on your findings.
n
Drafting complex Wills, enduring powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
n
Working closely with clients, referrers, accountants, and financial planners to develop tailored estate plans and asset protection strategies.
n
Managing files with meticulous attention to legal and procedural detail.
n
Providing strong technical expertise across complex estate planning matters.
n

About You
n
While our client is seeking an estate planning lawyer,



they are also open to candidates with experience in estate administration and/or estate litigation.
n
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
n
n
4+ years' PAE, or 2+ years' experience in succession law and/or related areas.
n
A strong desire to excel and become one of the best in their field.
n
A deep interest in estate planning and succession law.
n
Proven experience in Wills and estate planning.
n
Strong technical legal expertise.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
n
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
n
Proficiency in legal practice management software; experience with Actionstep and NetDocuments is advantageous.
n
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
n
A collaborative approach and commitment to ongoing career development.
n
